· Act as the bridge between the new company that will use Pfizer systems under TSA; point of contact for escalations, issue and ticket tracking and coordination of support activities.
· Coordinate post local day 1 related IT activities after a division of Pfizer is merging with another Pharma company, activities will include tracking of access and security due diligence, transfer of colleague IT system and device inventory, etc.
· Act as the partner in building business cases for identified change request on systems.
· Support 1 market; Vietnam (on-site support at Ho Chi Minh City, remote support for Hanoi), interact with end users, several vendors and 10+ applications.
· Understand business processes in supported applications and be able to govern incoming regulatory and compliance requirements, lead vendors and development groups in RFP and delivery of required changes on applications.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Excellent English and Vietnamese skills both in oral and written communication.
· Understanding of ticketing, support levels, SLA.
· General knowledge of ITIL concepts.
· Work in a matrix organization, lead groups in cross-functional teams.
· A perfect sense of understanding urgency and impact of issues and requests.
· Pharma experience desired, but not mandatory.
· 5+ years of experience with preferably degrees in Engineering or Computing Science related fields.
