• Cost and HO expense recording and controlling at ICD Song Than
• Follow and control output VAT report at ICD Song Than
• Control Customer Contracts and Accounting Policy at ICD Song Than
• Control Cashier & Payment by Cash/Bank at ICD Song Than

1. Cost control

• Customer signing contract and update price
• Keep contacts in continuing and clearly
• Warehouse costs allocated timely and exactly based on reasonable index
• Follow payment procedures
• Control and record DC cost in line with company approved
• Alarm/ Warning email when over timeline & reject cost when over budget
• Monthly review operating cost
• Alert staffs for cost saving (electric…)
• Control monthly entertainment fee

2. Input VAT report

• On time tax declaration report in accordance with laws:
• Check VAT invoices issued in month with record imported from the system.
• Make output VAT monthly by Bravo software, business…

3. Petty Cash, Cash Payment

• Make cash payment in line with VN Accounting Standards and company policy.
• Report on time submission.
• Cash count every month
• Update advance reports every week

4. Bank Payment

• Make bank payment voucher in line with VN Accounting Standards and company policy.
• On time submission
• Check payment requests and make bank payment in FAST, Bravo system
• Update daily bank payment by email to related debts.

• Education: Bachelor/ University/ Colleges Degree: Accounting or related fields.
• Knowledge: Accounting and finance
• Good command in English: English writing and basic communication
• Good Computer skills: MS Office and accounting software (Level B)
• 1 - 2 years – the experience of accounting.
• Logistics is preferred.
• Report directly to the Chief Accountant.
• Report Indirectly to Head BUs
• Interaction to an internal, external company
• Cooperate with other departments
• Government, Tax
• Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
• Go to business trip as required
