- The Fresher Accountant assists the senior accountant in implementing all related accounting activities.

- This position shall make a report to the CEO and Senior Accountant Executive on a daily and weekly schedule respectively.

- The successful Fresher Account shall carry out tasks relating to Accountant sections as followings:

+ Manage cash fund: Payout/ receipt by approved request.

+ Deals with the bank in all banking transactions (cash withdrawals, money transfers, bank statement controls, etc...);.

+ Issuing invoices for clients.

+ Checking the details of each customer's debts with each document of arising debts and payment terms.

+ Making payment plans with suppliers weekly, monthly.

+ Arrange documents, Bank slip, Payout/Receipt voucher, Invoice, Contract… and store by month.

+ Supporting the senior accountant in other works.

- No working experiences required and get on-the-job training.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Time Management skill, Task management skill.

- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.

- Proactive & can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.

Qualifications

- University/college graduates in accounting major.

- TOEIC 400.
