Nhân Viên Kế Toán

• Prepare monthly and yearly Budget & Cash flow projection

• Provide financial support to team members

• Prepare & Assist to check monthly, quarterly, yearly tax declarations including VAT, CIT, PIT (especially PIT for foreigners), FCT and others (if any) as well as tax return

• Monitor tax (Reconciliation between tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT and all other taxes) and general ledger of accounting software; tax paid and payable)

• Responsible for tax compliance

Work with Tax Office about any kind of tax matters on behalf of clients

Job Requirment

• Require bachelor Degree or above in Economics, Finance & Accounting

• Have at least 3-5 years proven track in financial and accounting fields.

• Have working experience in a foreign company, at accounting department

• Understand the regulations and issues relating to taxes and custom

• Have experience in preparing financial report, on budget control

• Have experience in unit cost calculation

• Having experience in manufacturing company are preferable

• Require to mention the reference contact in CV

• Require to state the current and expected salary in CV

Skills

• Good level of competence in Excel, Word, and computerized accounting software (Fast software)

• Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese

• Ability to think independently, generate new ideas and suggest improvements

• Accurate and detail oriented

• Good time management skill and work efficiently under pressure

• Ability to prioritize and take ownership of responsibility
