1. Establish, expand and maintain industry/channel customer relationships;
2. Mine industry/channel customer needs and developing sales plans to provide solutions;
3. Channel customer project opportunity management, follow-up, promotion and order placement;
4. Complete the sales indicators issued by the company.
5. Searching for new clients who could benefit from expanding sales for Homeone Construction Material Vietnam CO (HCMV) and new application products based on assignment - Travelling to visit potential clients.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. College degree or above, 3 years and above sales experience in construction industry; Providing pre-sales technical assistance and products knowledge
2. Strong market analysis, marketing and promotion capabilities, rich marketing network and sales cost control experience;
3. Rich customer resources and customer relationships, excellent performance;
4. Good interpersonal communication, ability to negotiate, analyze and solve problems, have a strong sense of professionalism.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
13th Month Pay – 13th month pay will be paid to you in every December on pro rate basis after probation.
Commissions – sales personnel are entitled to commissions based on collections or paid sales
Annual Leave / & Vacation leave: –Employee have total 12 days for annual leave and 10 days for public day. (follow in VN law)
Health Insurance - all regular employees （after probation） are entitled to healthcare benefits with a 50-50 Employee share of the cost. The type and coverage of the health care plan may change from time to time
