• Monitor driver violations and frauds

• Communicate with existing drivers to maintain them on the system and improve their engagement

• Manage day-to-day administration works like making payment or resolving driver related issues...

• Use media/BI tools to manage drivers ensuring the balance between supply and demand

• Develope incentive policy to improve driver performance.

• Bachelor’s degree  

• Master degree/Study abroad is a plus

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

• Commitment to be an employee at Ahamove for at least 3 months

• Hard-working, patient and careful

• Must be experienced in Microsoft Office
