Mô tả công việc

- The Account Assistant is assigned to be an administrative communication and documentation body for all information flows and inquiries between Scandinavian Design’s customer and Scandinavian Design. As:
- General communication
- Offers
- Sample and Spare Part orders
- Customer orders
- Purchase order
- Pro forma invoices
- Shipping Marks
- Delivery plans
- Claims
- He/She assists Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager – Team leader and maintains the customer file with all relevant information. The Account Assistant is responsible for a clear defined market or customer
- Check delivery time, update and pass orders to Production Units within 24 hours since received PO.
- Issue the PI not later than 48 hours (depend on new items or repeated items).
- Provide shipping marks at least 30 days before the ETD customer.
- Feedback claim to Sales/customer not later than 48 hours.
- Email response on customer request as fast as possible. Depends on the kind of inquiry between instantly and 2 working days.
- Get confirmation from customer/sales managers and/or Sales/Agents after sending PI to make sure all information are correct as customer requested.
- Enter and update all order information to the OH system. And make sure needed information need to be
aware of in the beginning: sealed sample, external test (fabric, foam, furniture), inspection.
- Update terms, customer portfolio in the OH system.
- Foreseen, identify and solve problems, which affect a smooth delivery.
- Involve the superior in case the problem can not be resolved him/herself.
- Inform to Sales, customers if any change influence delivery plan, product quality, structure immediately.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by his/her superior or Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- 1-2 years’ experience in foreign company
- Familiar with shipping and oversea trading
- University degree holding (Economics, Trading)
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
- Good communication skills
- Good computing skills
