Nhân Viên Sales Admin - Kinh Doanh Quốc Tế

• Prepare frequent reports and analysis including weekly or monthly sales reports, expenses claim proposal, quotation, etc.
• Organize working documents, sales contracts, marketing materials relevant to the department.
• Conduct department’s payment process and record all expenses documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to check & record orders, production plan, delivery schedule.
• Receive and transfer the requests from overseas customers via mail or phone call to person in charge for specific regions.
•  Support marketing activities as required by managerial level.
• Perform other tasks requested by Line Manager or Company’s management

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or English Studies 
• Experience: At least one year of experience at the same position
• English: Good command of English (4 skills required)
• Computer: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel for report and data analysis
• Age: 24 years and older
• Other requirements:
o Well organized and details-oriented, logical thinking, good communication and administrative skills.
o Sales-motivated and result-oriented
o Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude, willing to support colleagues when needed.
