Nhân viên Sales Admin

- Processing a high volume of product orders

- Processing invoices for all sales transactions

- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.

- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.

- Supporting the sales force with general operation to help reach the team’s objectives.

- Trade offer application submitted to the Authority.

- Communicating internal important feedback from customers.

- Processing staff timesheets, travelling expenses preparation for sales staff.

- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

- Any other assignments as required by superior from time to time.

- Bachelor or College qualification upper in Business Administration, Sales or relevant majors

- Good communication skill in English & Vietnamese;

- High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

- Able to prioritize own workload.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power Point, etc.

- Friendly, proactive, willing to learn & orientation.

- Working in a professional environment, dynamic.
