Nhân Viên Thiết Kế Đồ Họa /Graphic Designer

We are looking for a designer who obtains strong conceptual ability; who is skillful with Illustrator; has had exposure to making animated video explainers and is eager to advance their skills in this area.

The Graphic Designer will work under our Art Director on numerous communications projects with international development agencies, such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the French Development Agency, USAID, and others.  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you are required to:
- Communicate well in English and be able to process English briefs. 
- Be mindful, organized, detail-oriented, and strategic to handle deadlines.
- Take part in brainstorming, discussions, and internal meetings.
- Always ready to support other members and report closely to the Art Director.
- Illustrate assets for animated video explainers and be ready to work with contractors if required. 
- Be willing to take on some basic video skills to handle simple video tasks.
You are encouraged to contribute your ideas, express your creativity, and use your initiative to get the work done more effectively if the Art Director is well-informed of your plan/actions.

- The most updated Creative Portfolio (online or PDF).
- 3 – 4 years of design experience (preferably in an agency/design firm setting)
- IELTS 6.5+ / TOIEC  750+
- Experience working with Development clients is a plus.
- Good conceptual skills and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
- Fundamental understanding of video production and Adobe Premiere/ After Effect
Must have an acute attention to detail and be able to work on multiple simultaneous projects.
