- Perform KYC activity at loan closing stage or prior to underwriting;
- Customer service
- To ensure all procedures, documents are well prepared for customers to sign loan contracts if the application is approved by underwriter and approver. Remind customers of key responsibilities and well handle all related questions from customers.
- Maintaining customer portfolio
- Managing whole portfolio of customers who have been KYC’ed by this role (and approved afterward). Ensure all assigned KPIs are met.

- Education Background: University Graduated, Finance/ Accounting or Banking major are preferable
- Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in finance/ banking industry or customer service position
- Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge , Skill, Abilities)
- Basic knowledge: Finance, banking knowledge preferred
- Competencies: Interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, business acumen
- Computer skill: Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Languages capability : Acceptable command of spoken and written English and good command of Vietnamese

- Practical working experience in customer service oriented atmosphere. Customer first
mentality. Can do mentality.
