Nurse (Điều dưỡng)

• Active participation in understanding the aspirations and desires of patients and their families;
• Identify patient support care requirements;
• Implement general diagnostic procedures, diagnostic tests;
• Using medical equipment;
• Observe and record patient’s condition;
• Develop treatment plans;
• Consult with doctors or other health professionals;
• Treating emergencies such as first aid, heart attack, traffic accident, burns and wounds;
• Drug and treatment management;
• Provide instructions to patients when needed;
• Record patient care services in prescribed forms;
• Managing equipment in the clinic, reporting to Managers;
• Comply with regulations on disease prevention, medical, security and health safety standards;
• Maintain relationships with health care groups by providing information exchange, building relationships and participating in teamwork;
• Establish a friendly working environment with colleagues and patients;
• Maintain professional knowledge and experience through training courses, refer to professional documents, join professional associations.

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications and practicing certificates for Nurses ;
• 3-5 years of experience in the same position;
• Computers and Ms Office software skills;
• Being hard, careful, enthusiastic, caring for patients;
• Medical skills, Infection control, Nursing skills, Physiological knowledge, Drug management;
• Teamwork skills, Communication skills, Health care counseling skills.
