1. Receive phone calls to report repairing problems from customers via / Email / Fax / Zalo and record it in our CRM system.
2. Plan for technicians to separate zones that will be serviced on the next day.
3. Coordinate with the Operation Department Make cut-off documents, printer or toner stock from Fast system to used in service.
4. Take care of the goods. Control stock (WH) for service and sales support.
5. Coordinate to get customer information.
6. Prepare summary document of the printer and toner repair as manager assigned.
7. Adjust the minimum stock of new products that receiving as the manager planned.
8. Work in accordance with the rules and regulations of the company and in accordance with the requirements in the quality of management system.
9. Make monthly performance summary report in order to analyze the results and find solutions notify to the manager.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
11. Basic accounting job.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education: Bachelor Degree
2. Faculty: Not specify
3. Experience: Work experience of at least 1 year
4. Related capabilities: Can use Microsoft Word,Excel,Power Point very well.
5. Other qualification: Enthusiastic at work / Able to work under pressure
