• Oversee daily operations, including directing and coordinating activities of departments concerned with process, quality, finance, human resource and distribution of services.
• Actively involved in driving process improvement, focus on improving customer satisfaction level, building a customer focused culture in the operations department.
• Manage operational budgets and equipment investment.
• Monitor and review performance data relating to productivity and business goals achievement, determine areas requiring cost reduction/ management.
• Creating a multi-skilled and flexible workforce.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male/Female under 35 ages. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardisation exists
• Understanding of compliance/ Operational risk and control
• Strong leadership with vision and purpose
• Understanding of new start-ups company
