Operation Supervisor (Quản lý vận hành Trung tâm)

- Responsible for customer satisfaction. Maintain good customer care system and services at schools

- Managing relationships with partners and customers in the designated areas (customer feedback, student report etc.)

- Liaise with school academic AC/ST to maintain simple and regular extra-curriculum activities (ECA ) at school level

- Managing school’s daily operations

- Managing School Scheduling

- Being responsible and/or co-ordinate for all activities at school that concerns customers and/or school site

- Managing school site and facilities up to standards and requirements of academic quality, branding, safety, security, hygiene and convenience

- Other tasks assigned by center manager

- At least 1 year of similar experience at other English Centers 

- Having skills and experience of managing a team from 3 - 10 members (including Center Assistant, Teaching Assistant) 

- Good knowledge of customer service, especially in English Centers 

- Good 4 English Skills, high band IELTS - TOEIC certificate is plus 

- Nice appearance, good interpersonal skills, delicate and careful 

- Love children and knowing how to deal with children and their parents 

- Basic salary: 12 - 15M + incentives, total income: 20 - 30M
