People & Culture Intern - HR Intern

We are looking for a People and Culture Intern (“P&C Intern”) to work in our Hanoi Office, with the below details:

Job Description:

• Follow up and update new applications in proper categorized positions;

• Assist P&C officers in arranging tests and interviews between candidates and interviewers, monitoring the results after tests and interviews’ rounds and informing candidates about the final results;

• Update the annual leave records & overtime records of the Firm’s staffs weekly & monthly;

• Attend & support HR activities of the Firm in career days in universities;

• Support & take part in the organization of the Firm’s annual events/company trips;

• Perform other general admin tasks & HR tasks as assigned by P&C Senior Managers.

• University graduation in Human Resource, Business Administration, English or Office Administration;

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking);

• Familiar with using MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point;

• Self-motivated and proactive person;

• Willingness to learn and take on new things;

• Ability and discipline to work independently and drive own work schedule;

• Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
