PR Coordinator

Job Description:
- Strategically enhance the overall public facing image of the company, and any other related duties.
- Branding TMA for attracting resources
- Create good image and reputation
- Be prime on TMA landing page (Vietnamese)
- Interface and facilitate with media, social media

Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance a company's brand or reputation in the public's eye.
- Responsible for PR/Branding activities for TMA
- Manage online PR (Facebook, Twitter, company website…)
- Support company events (Open day, job fair, Anniversary…)
- Cooperate with existing Internal Communication team, HR and DC/Department for more outdoor and people events
- Communicate internal events to outside
- Acting as online and offline communicator
- Build attractive promotion package to develop good image about TMA
- Coordinate to build content for TMA landing page in Vietnamese
- Compose and post TMA values & activities to IT community
- Attract more people join TMA

Required skills:
- Having passion and good background about branding, PR, marketing, event
- Dynamic and pro-active person
- Good English
- Good in MS office
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform multitasks
- Working knowledge of FB, social media and forum
- Interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and confidence
- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure
- Good in graphic/photo editing software is a plus
- Good teamwork and negotiation skills
