Support Private Brand  Manager to grow Private Brand business

Plan to sell YouUs, Gift set, product in Catalogue to Partner

Prepare sales contract with Partner

Follow up orders from Partner, create delivery notes, cooperate with related departments to accomplish delivery procedures, update orders into the system in time and exactly..

Follow up inventory, products expiry, and present suitable order plans

Check and add necessary documents to Agency for finalizing procedures to import YouUs to Vietnam.

Update information from Private Brand  Team about: launching new item, price, promotion,… to OP, IT, logistic, QC, Marketing and other team.

Corporate with marketing team to develop the attractive display of Private Brand  product offers & POSM to promote Private Brand  to the consumers.

Conduct market intelligence (competitions tracking) in terms of price, assortments and promotions, display, POSM,…

Periodically come up with Private Brand  sales reports/ analysis of promotion performance, identify trends, and recommend actions.

Prepare reports following requests of Private Brand Manager.

Graduate University in Business Administration, Economics or related field preferred.

At least 3-year experience in Sales, Retail Operations or Merchandising field.

Good command of English and computer skills.

Quick learning and hard-working.

Have sense of integrity, details, responsibility and commitment.

Able to work independently and as a team.

Attractive salary.

100% salary in 2 months of probation.

12 annual leaves/year.
