Procurement Executive (Chuyên Viên Mua Hàng - Bình Thạnh, HCM)

o Source and develop potential suppliers/ factories

o Provide quotation for sales team’s enquiries

o Manage factories to ensure that price, product quality and delivery meet the required standards

o Actively source for new items to enrich product categories

o Follow with factory during doing sample and cooperate with sales executive solves any problem in sample and production time

o Make contract/PO with factory and follow all documents relating to production

o Inform to Logistics about QC goods and follow up

o Do payment request form and follow up with the accountant to pay samples fee/ deposits and payments to factory/supplier

o Manage the paper-work such as: Save the hard copy and scan file of the signed PO, the contract, Purchase Request (PR) from Sales Team, payment document (Invoice, Delivery Note).

o Weekly report to the Procurement Manager/Supervisor/Leader.

o Save the official data on the company system

o Checking sample before sending to Sales team and QC.

o Work under system and follow the company processes.

o Work as the requirements of the manager or BOD.

o Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with managers in Singapore).

o Graduate from Intermediate /College /University

o Good negotiation and communication skills.

o Positive & supportive attitude, MUST BE eager to learn and have a can-do attitude;

o Having at least 01 year experience in gift purchasing will be priority.

o Ability in planning and organization, time management, working individually or in a team; having good attitude to learning

o Must be able to handle English documents.

o Age: 22 - 30 years old

o Probationary period: 2 months
