Working in shifts with the morning shift of 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM and the afternoon shift of 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
- Respond to both internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features (applied for both internal and external)
- Make clear customers queries and give out proper advices or follow them up properly until queries are settled.
- Monitor customer complaints on correspondence and reach out to provide assistance - Keep customer updated with production activities if needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their expectations are met. - Gather customer feedback and share with our Production teams.
- Assist in training junior Customer Supporter.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar CS role is a plus
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
-Patience when handling tough cases
