Project Manager (Project E Invoice)

- Manage Expectation of related parties to ensure achievement of project objectives;
- Manage and control project progress, quality, cost as per agreed and approved plan;
- Resource Management as per pre-agreement with member and in aligned with project charter, project plan;
- Do project risk management for assigned projects;
- Do dispute management and proper escalation in domain of assigned project;
- Ensure compliance of project activities to internal regulation as well as other applicable regulation for assigned projects;
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Manage the communication within the project;
- Ensure resource availability and proper resources allocation within assigned project;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank‘s project management methodology;
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Bachelor Degree (or above) in Banking, IT or Management;
- Project Management certification is preferable;
- At least 3 years working as Project Manager in software development;
- Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 3 years;
- Understand software developement lyfe cycle (SDLC);
- Can communicate in English (mandatory);
- Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude;
- Responsible, Proactive and Ethical about secure Banking Data.
