Python Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products.

Python Developer responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team. 

Responsibilities 

Write effective, scalable code

Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

Integrate user-facing elements into applications

Test and debug programs

Improve functionality of existing systems

Implement security and data protection solutions

Assess and prioritize feature requests

Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Help design and implement functional requirements

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code

Professional background

At least 2 - 3 year of experience

Skills

Solid experience as Python Developer

Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, DRF)

Understanding of REST APIs, websocket or socket.io server

Understanding of databases, SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL or Search Engine (ElasticSearch)

Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

Knowledge of modern DevOps such as Docker, Jenkins, CI Pipeline

Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)

Knowledge of Scrum / Kanban

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT

Good communication in reading and writing English is mandatory

Good communication in spoken English is an advantage
