QA (Quality Assurance)

Job Description:

• Analyze functional design and feature requirements 
• Discuss with BA/developer for any gaps or issues during testing phase.
• Liaise with internal teams (Configuration Manager, Java Release Managers) to identify system requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Develop and maintain script, prepare data pool for automation testing
• Perform functional, sanity, regression, system and performance testing
• Gather, analyze the test logs, report issues to the customer
• Mentor new grad or less testing experience members

Required Skills:

• Outstanding English communication (writing/listening/speaking) 
• Proven work experience in software development life cycle
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Solid knowledge of SQL and automation scripting
• Experience in Web Client/Server (Front-End and Back-End) testing
• Experience in Web Services/XML testing (using Jmeter, SoapUI)
• Experience in Standalone (Windows) Application and Web Application
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• [As a plus]: Performance/load and security testing for Web Applications
• [As a plus]: Knowledge about fund management, stock and share

• Capable of working under high pressure
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined
