Mô tả công việc

1. Logistic tasks:

o Correspondences with suppliers, vendors and customers.

o Searching for domestic and foreign forwarders for cost optimization.

o Trace on cargo status.

o Track delivery schedules.

o Handle incoming and outgoing shipment.

o Contact forwarder to take booking.

o Prepare delivery note, shipping documents (Packing, Invoice, Bill), invoices, necessary documents to apply for C/O.

o Check HS code.

o Do Customs declaration.

o Check Draft B/L, C/O.

o Liaise with forwarders to follow up closely on shipment (courier, air, sea shipment).

o Document management, data entry into the internal management system.

o Update information on legal documents related to imported and exported goods – cooperate with accountant to do international payments: opening LC, payment TT, D/A, DP ...

o Working closely with Procurement team, Sales team, Accounting team to ensure the workflow goes smoothly.

o Ad-hoc duties when required

2. QC (quality control) tasks:

o Connect with VIETNAM/oversea factory when they start mass production and report to sales & managers when having any trouble.

o Going to VIETNAM factory’s warehouse.

o Checking goods at factory warehouse to ensure mass production is the same with sample.

o Going to VIETNAM customer’s warehouse to ensure delivery the delivery goes smoothly.

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon – Sat (8:30AM-12:30PM))

Yêu cầu ứng viên

o Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with managers in Singapore).

o Graduate from Intermediate /College /University in Business Administration/Marketing/International Business.

o Accept fresh graduates or experienced above 6 months is preferred;

o Good negotiation and communication skills.

o Positive & supportive attitude, MUST BE eager to learn and have a can-do attitude;

o Having 01 year experience in Logistic/QC will be priority.

o Ability in planning and organization, time management, working individually or in a team; having good attitude to learning

o Must be able to handle English documents.

o Can speak & write Chinese will be priority.

o Good negotiation and communication skills.
