Quality Assurance

• Work with project manager (PM) to determine project life cycle base on Company process;
• Write procedures in a simple manner that operators can follow;
• Support all team members to follow process which be defined;
• Audit project weekly to ensuring project’s process;
• Calculate and analyze project data to create monthly metric report;
• Remind deadline for Project manager & team;
• Raise project difficult issues on project management tool;
• Follow up issues; evaluate and coordinate teams or escalate to solve the issues with highest effectiveness;
• Meeting, reporting, other support if needed or requested by managers.

• At least 1 year experience as QA in software company/ software project;
• Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience;
• Have knowledge about implementation methodology such as CMMI, ITIL;
• Good command of English;
• Have CSQA, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor certificate is a plus;
• Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
