• Customer support by email: read and reply email to support solving issue
• Work with developer to solve the issue reported from the customer.
• Conduct test based on test cases and/or test scripts, log defects and create test reports if any
• Initiate work-flows, processes, guidelines, templates for better performance and management
• Run daily/weekly report and send to customer.
• Do other tasks requested by Project Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1 year of experience in software industry as Quality Control Engineer/ Tester
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, testing process, quality models, standards
• Careful, proactive and quick in learning new domains to provide high testing quality
• Communication skills, teamwork spirit
• Good at English reading and writing skills
• Having knowledge of healthcare is plus
