RESPONSIBILITIES
• As a ReactJS Tech Lead, you will lead a team of developers, driving the design and development of high-quality web-based solutions using React JS technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on involvement in tasks to ensure successful project execution. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including customers, you will play a critical role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration.

Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the adoption of modern development methodologies.
• Support team members in problem-solving and skill development to enhance overall team capabilities.

Technical Design and Development:
• Architect, design, and build scalable and responsive web applications using React JS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex frontend issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Customer Collaboration:
• Adapt communication styles to effectively interact with customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual understanding.
• Incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve application functionality and user experience.

Documentation and Standards:
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Promote adherence to coding standards, non-functional requirements, testing protocols, and security best practices across the development lifecycle..

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in React JS development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in mobile application development using React JS frameworks.
• Experience working in English-speaking environments (B2 level or higher)

Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with frontend tooling such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API) and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Leadership and Communication Skills:
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Soft Skills:
•Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
•Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively with stakeholders.
•Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Relevant certifications in mobile development or React JS technologies.
