Mission Statement

Provide reception and RE services for department and individual employees to ensure smooth daily operations of Company.

Main Accountabilities:

Reception:

• Receiving & welcoming guests in polite and warm manner, direct visitors to their destination

• Receiving and distributing incoming phone, fax, mail

• Dealing with all enquiries, including request for company information, in a professional and courteous manner, in person or by telephone

• Sending domestic and overseas ABB mail and package

• Maintaining clean reception area and providing PPE to visitors

• Reporting any maintenance issues immediately to line manager

 Administration

• Managing printing services, coffee beans services, coffee machine rental service, drinking water service, Crown file box service, TNT service, Viettel post service, magazine order, mobile phone service, taxi service & business card service

• Consolidating tea break report, printing report, coffee report, magazine report, post report, mobile phone report, taxi report & business card report by end of month

• Managing car booking system and arranging car for business trip service, making monthly car allocation reports and PR, GR for payment to vendor

• Managing stationery orders, making monthly report and PR, GR for payment to vendor

• Making PR, GR for taxi service

• Assisting event preparation such as Christmas, Tet, etc

• Back up the receptionist on his/her absence

• Checking all documents & invoices to ensure it’s in line with Company procedures before getting approval from Administration Manager.

• Coordinate with other department for any administration documents need to be verified and approved.

• Proper filling all administration documents

HR Support

• Support logistic organizing training course

• Schedule candidate interview

• Other tasks assigned by HR

Others

• Other tasks as required by direct supervisor & company


Yêu cầu ứng viên

 Education: College or University degree in any discipline 

 Experience: At least 1 year working experience in administration

 Managing multiple priorities from departments and individual employees 

 Knowledge and Skills: 

o Proactive and good team player 

o High attention to detail 

o Show customer focus attitude 

o Good command of English and communication skills 

o Able to multi tasks and work with minimum supervision

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Salary: thỏa thuận

Benefit: theo luật Việt Nam và 13th salary, 1 month bonus, và phụ cấp khác

Làm việc giờ hành chính từ thứ 2-6
