- Updating SOP ( the standard of procedure s at your site) and keeping it well updated
- Checking attendance with Jolie Siam
- Training and handover the back up staff who will perform your position when you take leave ( annual leave or sick leave)
- Receiving & answering phone calls, taking & delivering messages, welcoming guests & visitors, receiving & sending package & letters
- Monitoring the cleanliness, tidiness & hygiene of meeting room / office
- Carrying out effectively other tasks when be assigned
- Supporting in air ticket booking / hotel reservation
- Supporting company event and HR department for making report (phone, mail)
- Managing internal sale system and cleaning service team
- Other assignments from Supervisor
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Sincere and supportive attitude
- Familiar with MS Office and office management software
- Good at English Communication Skills
- Can work full time
