Mô tả công việc
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
• Welcoming guests, directing visitors and providing accurate basic information;
• Monitor cleaners to ensure reception areas and common areas are tidy and cleanliness; the meeting rooms are equipped by all necessary stationery and make sure all equipment working well.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
• Arrange and monitor meeting room schedule;
• Daily record/receive/send mail , documentary via post, shipment via forwarders
• Manage office stationary, office equipment, staff’s laptop, the inventory of ASUS product samples in the system
• Prepare payment requests for office suppliers
• Perform other clerical duties such as filling, photocopying and notarizing official documents, etc.
• Assist in organizing company activities and events in cooperation with HR Administration Team;
• Coordinate with IT for technological set up/ supporting
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 1-2 years-working experience in administration (in foreign company size 100+ is a big plus);
• Willing go outside to assist clerical duties such as submit/ notarize documents, get VAT invoices, etc.
• Honest and Hardworking;
• Proactive and team work spirit;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
• Good at MS Office.
