Adecco is currently looking for a Receptionist for our client - a global fashion business which are available in 90 countries worldwide, with below details:
- Answer & Response Phone Call- Welcome guests.
- Send & receive mails, docs and packages.
- Check & order stationery and pantry items.
- Name card for newcomers, visitors.
- Book & support set up meeting rooms.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 06 months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (especially communication skill).
- Be familiar with EMS, FedEx, DHL, etc. is a plus.
- Good at MS Office.
- Dynamic, detail – oriented, high responsibility, patient.
- Good at Time Management and Planning, Negotiation skills, Verbal Communication skill.
