Mô tả công việc
1. Receive and transfer telephone calls from outside promptly and effectively to the person or department concerned.
2. Provide building basic information when required.
3. Receive and transfer letter/ magazine/ package to Residents or Residents’ mail boxes.
4. Attend all complaints/ request from the Residents and transfer to concerned department or report directly to the Front Office Supervisor. Follow-up the case until its closure.
5. Interact with other departments such as Accounting, Technician, Cleaning, and Security…
6. File and up-date Residents’ information.
7. Ensure a good- looking, clean & tidy reception corner & lobby area.
8. Assist Residents with taxi/ courier services.
9. Control Guest in & out of the building. Issue “Visitor”/ “Contractor” cards, to take note all information concerned guests in Logbook/ Record book.
10. Immediately report all unusual, risk, unsafe phenomenon that may cause fire/ explosion to Operations Manager or Engineering Dept.
11. Carry out all other duties assigned by Front Office Supervisor.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Communicating in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), English degree is an advantage;
2. 1-2 years experience working in related field;
3. Communication skills;
4. Problem-solving skills;
5. Responsible and dynamic withstand high pressure;
6. Able to work shifts.
