1. What is the role?

- The Recruitment Assistant supports the Recruiters, Interviewers, & Hiring Managers with various aspects of the selection process

- You will work closely with recruiters to guide the best candidates through the interview and hiring process by providing administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to recruiting

- This position will nurture relationships with prospective employees all while enjoying a fast-paced and energetic work environment

2. What are you responsible for?

- Provide support in allocating the prober test reviewers / interviewers

- Invite and schedule candidates to interview with recruiters / hiring managers

- Greet candidates for on-site interviews (when the recruiter is absent), notify managers candidate has arrived, provide managers with a copy of resume and any other forms needed to conduct the interview

- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

- Communicates with candidates and recruiters where candidates are in the hiring process - Maintain and update applicant tracking sheet & system with all applicants screened and action taken on each

- Assist with other admin duties and projects that may include, but not limited to, filing, scanning, creating, tracking, and maintaining reports/documentation

- Coordinate with HPRB/HR Shared Servies Team on new hires (onboarding information, materials)

- Update job postings on PYCO's Career page & other using platforms (ITViec, Vietnamworks, LinkedIn)

- Update the company systems (Jira, Confluence), recruitment demands

- Provide office support if recruiting needs alter

What do you need for the job?

*Must have:

- Organization Skills: scheduling multiple interviews, requires efficiency and organization

- Time Management: ability to work in a fast environment juggling multiple tasks

- Learn fast and be comfortable with working with computer software & systems

- Intermediate to Upper-intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English

- Detail-oriented, hard-working, and willing to learn attitude

*Nice to have:

- 1-2 years administrative, Human Resources, Recruiting or similar experience

- Experience in using JIRA & Confluence

- Customer Service-Provides a high level of customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all applicants

- Experience in posting and managing content on various social media platforms
