Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) will be responsible for developing sales across SEA countries by building partner network and supporting assigned Partners in the sale and delivery products and services, to provide maximized leverage position in the marketplace. RBDM will coordinate and direct cross functional resources to ensure the highest possible level of service to our partners and our mutual customers.

- Develop overall Partner plan for SEA to meet and exceed set company sales quotas and objectives working.

- Regional Business Development Manager acts as a liaison between the vendor and its channel partners and is responsible for building, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.

- Regional Business Development Manager can play vital roles in the revenue growth of partner organizations.

- Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive incremental regional revenue.

- Develop and execute partner plans for strategic/key partners.

- Build relationships/create alignment with partners and flexional direct sales

- Maintain proper partner account data in database.

- Provide partner education and enablement on flexional products and services.

- Work closely with channel marketing to drive partner marketing campaigns, promotions, events, etc.

- Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales executives in regional to effectively provide global solutions that drive business activities.

- Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from college/university

- Speak English fluently.

- Have 3 -5 years working experiences in channel sales management in the IT/service space, have experience working with foreign partners.

- Knowledgeable and have a passion for technology is an advantage.

- Excellent customer/partner management/service/handling skills and experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

- Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

- Be able to work with a team and be proactive at work.

- Be able to go on a business travel nationally and abroad.
