Mô tả công việc

• Management of sales department, traditional customer care and sometimes visit key-big clients.
• Be accountable for overall planning, sales execution and to liaise with corporate clients in order to provide best possible service and to achieve the goals set forth by the company.
• Develop and propose appropriate strategies to push sales effienciency as BOD assigned.
• Plan, develop and execute marketing and sales policy under KPIs targets.
• Be champion of Leader and public relation element, be responsible for good customer service; answer customers' complaints or inquiries, examines returned merchandise and resolve customers' problem to restore and promote good public relations.
• Coordinate with marketing department for all retail activities in the store in particular for shop decoration during events and festive season.
• Contribute to sales plans for the brand; implement activities as per the agreed plan and carry out cost control measures to achieve set targets vs. budgets.
• Develop, with Marketing Dept., corporate Data base and build up promotion strategy to increase sales. Lead all Tet and end of the year promotions.
• Develop winning store concepts in cooperation with marketing department.
• Coordinate with marketing department for all retail activities in the store in particular for shop decoration during events and festive season.
• Manage and control all aspects of stock management of the brand, ensure adherence to procedures and guide the team towards achieving targeted stock levels and minimizing stock loss.
• Organize and implement sales promotional and any marketing activities and ensure that the set up is in line with operational policies and successful.
• Action the plans for new shop openings in line with operational policies and procedures.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure full compliance. Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational issues, market trends, competitors and customer to facilitate overall decision making on brand management strategy.
• Perform people management activities including hiring, training, motivating, appraising performance, enforcing discipline, and terminating in consultation with the Human Resources Department.
• Oversee the implementation of customer service standards in all stores, and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints.
• Ensure at all times that the shop managers follow your lead on the following: the retail outlets are cleaned, all staff to wear the assigned uniforms, etc.
• Ensure optimum staffing levels are maintained.
• Ensure that the training, development and motivation of staff in the stores is implemented as well as coach and mentor store managers to ensure that all staff are encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution.
• Supervise and maintain Visual – Merchandising standard in the stores to ensure full compliance.
• Answer customer request following new products and follow retail and corporate customers turnover.
• Provide weekly & monthly reports on time to accountant and to Sales & MKT Team
• Assume general responsibility for the inventory of the store while insufficient control on stock movements resulting to a pilferage of more than.
• Do monthly shop appraisal and manage shop managers to do necessary actions in order to achieve perfect store and perfect staff.
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Other assignments by BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Male/ Female, less than 45 years;
• Diploma holder.
• Fluent communication and negotiation both in English and Vietnamese.
• At least 5 years experience in Retail Management (Fashion Industry is a plus).
• A team player with strong inter personal skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to mentor and coach sales team, be a champion of change.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, power point presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
• Excellent people manager, open to direction and commitment to get the job done.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Be able to travel domestically and overseas for training and other tasks required.
