Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Perform customer verification

No work experience required.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Logical thinking ability
Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to self-study and research, willing to learn attitude
Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Negotiation skills
Full-Time position(s) available.
