Mô tả công việc

o Work with BD/sales to secure, retain, and grow customer accounts. Ensure BD/sales is on track to meet month-end goals.

o Bridge between procurement and BD/sales; Pass customer requirements to Procurement.

o Work with BD/sales to close orders and manage projects (prepare quotation, proposal, etc).

o Help service customers (work with customers directly when necessary).

o Work with Procurement to find the best deal for customers.

o Support BD/sales to send information, product samples, proposals, quotes to customers when necessary.

o Monitor & Update work/ project progress on system; inform BD if any issue arises.

o Arrange product testing with external party when necessary.

o Prepare sales documents (sales contract, VAT Requisition, etc).

o Work with Design Team in matters related to Design, Artwork, Color, Sample Approval etc.

o Work with Procurement in matters related to quotation, sample development, production issues.

o Work with Accountant on issues related to payment, contracts, invoices, etc.

o Work with Singapore Team to support to solve difficult and impossible requests in Vietnam.

o Work with Logistic for import goods from oversea.

o Record customer feedback and contribute solutions to better serve customers.

o Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon – Sat (8:30AM-12:30PM))

Yêu cầu ứng viên

o Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with managers in Singapore).

o Graduate from Intermediate /College /University in Business Administration/Marketing/International Business.

o Accept fresh graduates or experienced above 6 months is preferred;

o Good negotiation and communication skills.

o Positive & supportive attitude, MUST BE eager to learn and have a can-do attitude;

o Having 01 year experience in Sales/Marketing/PR/gift will be priority.

o Ability in planning and organization, time management, working individually or in a team; having good attitude to learning

o Must be able to handle English documents.

o Can speak & write Chinese will be priority.
