- Work with internal system. Checking delivery docs, shipping docs
- Make sales report, inventory report,…and other reports
- In charge of paper work of Sales dept. Follow and negotiate internal company for making delivery And incoming Good schedule
- Send/receive/save/filing documents as contract, mill sheet, VAT
- Support Sales outer
- Other tasks that upper manager requests.
- Training SOP to other sales staff
- Responsible for what docs that she issued and checked.
- Corporate with other Dept to obtain delivery in time
- Share info to right persons, right time….
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 03 year experience in sales administration in manufacturing company.
- Experienced, positive mind, strong character and negotiation skill
- High responsibility and want to work for long time, Work under high pressure, careful, honesty, enthusiastic.
- Have working experience at foreign company is advantage (not compulsory)
- Time management and must be punctual
- Docs controlling
- Team work
