Job description

PROJECT ADMIN

Receive project information, update products;

Provide project information, update products for employees and agencies;

Update products and necessary project information (legal; contract; premises; extension form; sales policies …);

SALES EVENTS

Follow up reservation booking & deposit process (according to HO’s process);

Coordinate with Accounting Department to make receipts; confirm transactions issue number or product code (if any), update carts;

Prepare and follow up the list of customers booking/ deposit

Synthesize the list of customers who have reserved reservations by the number of priority locations;

Support salesman/ agencies to get products, check vouchers (deposit slip) for full information, submit documents … according to the sales process of the Investor.

Prepare sales processes, support salesman/ agencies about training processes

Prepare consolidated cashflow forecast for short-term and long-term plan for the whole group.

Find solutions to manage cash deficit and surplus effectively.

AFTER SALES EVENTS

Make statistics on a list of customers who transfer transactions, collect customer information to send information through the Investor to issue the contract, make a reservation refund for non-transaction customers.

Coordinate with P. Cashback accounting for customers;

Coordinate with CS Department to complete the Contract to send to Client and Investor

Receive information, support and solve after-sales problems.

Review and analyze FS monitoring for all projects.

Prepare monthly reports of actual incurred in comparison to Feasible Study and backlog

Find solution to reduce costs and improve project profit.

OTHER TASKS

Contrast fees with the Investor

Collate fees, pay fees to employees / agencies

Make records, coordinate with Accounting Department & HR Department to pay hot bonuses, commissions for employees / agencies

Build budget system and prepare annual budget for the whole group

Monthly review budget to analyze reasons for surplus and deficit of budget and find solutions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

University Graduate, major in Banking/ Finance/ Accounting.

Having at least 2 years of experience in the same role (sale work or sale agency)

Integrity is highly required

Can do attitude

Team work spirit

Communication/time management skills.

Proficient in English both in speaking and writing

Advanced MS Office

Able to coordinate, support and join the promotion events with agencies
