Do Sales and Marketing job
• Business to Business:
- Prospecting: scanning potential prospects for land/investment sales
- Approaching potential prospects (attending seminar, exhibition…daily email, making cold call to introduce product to potential investors.
- Arranging meeting with/visit prospect for land/investment sales.
- Establishing, expanding network with prospects and other parties, taking care existing customers.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
- Regularly do market intelligence and update market situation, competitors… to support sales and MKT activities.
- Self Responsibility for sales performance Support team members to achieve set assigned KPI
• Business to Customer:
- Scanning potential customers for Selling houses
- Direct take part in/support team in selling house/doing marketing activities
- Carry out others tasks assigned by manager.
- Reporting to manager on marketing/sales activities/customer pipeline regularly.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Sex: Male/Female
- Age: 25~40
- Qualification / Education / training: University graduated (business administration, economic related faculty…)
- Foreign language: Proficient in English; second language in Japanese, Chinese is a plus
- Computer: Good Microsoft office and computer skill
- Experienced in sales/marketing (especially in Real estates preferable)
- Adaption & teamwork, Confidence, independence, proactive personality, responsibilities and motivation for sales
- Presentation skills, Communication skills, problem solving skill, negotiation skills, client relationship skills
- Hard working and get ready for business trip
