Mô tả công việc

• Review and analyze sales and production reports, and other performance data to measure productivity
and goal achievement
• Monitor target fulfillment, commission and bonuses
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide input to supervisors as needed
• Supervise the development and execution of improving departmental policies, goals, objectives, and
procedures, conferring with executives as necessary
• Monitor trunk stock
• Follow-up targeting and planning
• Optimize tour planning
• Set up and maintain price list (incl. product launch and product strategy support)
• Control operational GP
• Review contracts and approve
• Conduct regular price validation and follow-up
• Manage goods returns, issue credit notes and correct invoices based on sufficient documents
• Release incomplete sales orders
• Retain and develop customer base
• Create countermeasures against customer fluctuation based on customer alarm lists
• Verify customer data and qualification
• Build up new customer process
• Optimize area planning and segmentation
• Plan customer-oriented sales planning
• Create new customer code
• Process Sales Order
• Support sales force in all matters when needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• A Bachelor’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience at the similar position
• Results oriented, focused on continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and persuasive skills
• Participative management style
• Able to work with mathematical concepts such as graphs, statistics, percentages, and ratios
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Understanding of SAP and BI is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving abilities; able to gather virtual, temporary teams to solve time-critical issues, with positive outcomes for the customers as well as for the company.
• Ability to lead and direct, both cross-functionally (peers in other departments) and within the organization, across multiple geographies
• Strategic thinker; uses creative and innovative problem solving in many types of diverse situations
• Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning ability
