A member of Stavian Group, specializing in Logistics Services is looking for a Sales Director who will:

  • Have a good relationship with container shipping line partners in HN / HP / HCM;
  • Have good thinking about import and export sea freight markets;
  • Lead the Company's business network;
  • Develop strategy and organize the implementation of the Company's business and marketing plans;
  • Search and build relationships with potential customers and expanding target markets. Optimize relationships with existing partners and customers;
  • Research and propose business directions to generate more revenue for the Company;
  • Enhance and manage the sales team to ensure the best results;
  • Implement excellent processes to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction;
  • Retain relationships with service providers and carriers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • University graduated in: Business Administration, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade;
  • At least ten years of experience in the field and more than 02 years in the position of Business Director in Logistics;
  • Have the ability to lead and operate effectively;
  • Have a solid knowledge base in business-related fields;
  • Human resource management skills: Leadership, guidance, and capacity developing skills;
  • Continuously update laws and regulations of the State on the relevant industries;
  • Ability to work in a volatile and high-pressure environment;
  • Able to work independently and under high pressure, willing to have business trips.
