Responsible for sales activities (industrial land lease, RBF, commercial land lease, office space) as assigned by section and department head
1. Achieve sales target and outcomes within schedule
2. Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers to know
their future expansion plan
3. Establish and maintain good relationship with business associations, relevant government officers, sales agents etc. to exchange information and get information related potential customers
4. Receive customers to create customer database & follow up
5. Present, promote company’s products & identify customer’s need to recommend the best solution
6. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements and corporate with legal &related departments to make Agreements
7. Perform Market Research to propose sales strategy, sales plan
8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager or Head of
Division to maintain workflow smoothly/ enhance sales activities
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications: Minimum Education Level, Specific Degree and Length/Kind of Experience
B.A. degree in Business administration or related field
- CHINESE : Good listening, speaking, reading, writing.
- English: Communication.
Other language: optional, other third language such as Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean is an advantage
