- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and any possible channels.
- Develop new clients’ database and ensure that the data is up-to-date.
- Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Manage own sales pipeline and close deals.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Progress towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
- Follow up with past customers and cross selling products.
- Provide assistance to other members of the sales team.
This company has 100% invested from Japan. Aluminum sashes and plastic accessories, doors, exteriors, etc. utilized in residential houses, commercial and office buildings.

- English: Upper Intermediate, Japanese: N3
- Age: 28-35
- Previous experience in a sales role for any industries, have experience in aluminum exterior products is a plus.
- A successful track record of personal sales performance
- Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization
- Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives
- Determined and self-motivated.
- Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team
