Sales Leader

Complete daily sales team operation management.

Lead the sales team to complete monthly/quarterly KPI requirements.

Achieve personal monthly/quarterly KPI requirements.

Give presentation in  Seminars, Webinars, and Events.

Assist/independently complete staff training.

Support Country Manager to complete business and daily negotiation.

Support Country Manager in internal work, management and training of staff.

完成销售团队日常运营管理工作。

领导销售团队完成月度/季度考核要求。

完成个人月度/季度KPI考核要求。

主持线下，线上讲座与公司市场活动。

协助/独立完成员工培训。

协助总监完成商务对接和日常沟通。

协助总监进行日常工作，管理和人员培训。

University degree or above

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 600 certificate

or

Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing. HSK Level 5 or 6, TOCFL Level B (Grade 4 or above)

Keen thinker, able to understand and execute well the requirements of leadership Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team

1 year of experience in a similar position, preferred.

Experience working with financial securities or sales staff is preferred.

大学本科以上学历

英语听说读写流利。IELTS 6.5 或TOEIC 600 的证书

或

流利的中文听说读写能力。HSK 5级或6级，TOCFL B级（4级以上）

思维敏锐，能够理解并执行好领导的要求。积极主动，能够独立工作和团队合作。

1年以上类似岗位工作经验者优先，

有金融证券或销售人员工作经验者优先。
