• Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales revenue targets based on identification, segmentation and targeting the new customers and new market, approaching potential clients, let them be aware of the business’s products and services and achieve final results to reach the assigned target. Managing on sales revenue’s growth.


• Sales Manager possesses excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills and be able to lead and motivate a team

• Enhance relationships with clients / potential advertisers to generate new business profitably.

• Internal discuss (with Client Service team & direct manager), creating and delivering presentations to clients and assisting in new business pitches (if any).

• Support Client Service & other Departments during of project execution period

• Develop and implement strategies to expand clients’ accounts.

• Understand client marketing objective to create the proposal that meet client needs and maximize the company exclusive products

• Supervise, monitor and analyze sales performance, report client status

• Management of client relationships.

• Providing clients with a high level of strategic support.

• Ensure full compliance with sales standards, policies and best practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Graduation: Bachelor or Master Degree. with major related to position

• English level: Fluent English language skill (oral & written)

• Computer level: Computer expert (words, excel & power- point programs)

• Experience: At least 4-5 years’ sales working experience in advertising field and marketing at the same position

• Priority: Experience in OOH media agency, strongly preferred.


To be a successful Sales Manager:

• Effective development and proposal skills with effective communication style

• Good sense of service mind

• Work on own initiative, high-quality networking skills

• Excellent methodical, tactical, and sales skills, negotiation skills

• Energetic & strong teamwork spirit

• Salary range: Up to 35mil (Net) + KPI

• Once employee have passed probation and signed labour contract, the employee will have other benefits as follows:

- 15 annual leave per year
