Complete the company’s performance appraisal goals;
Develop distributors inSouth, regulate the behavior of the distributorsand ensure them operation complying withthe terms in the distribution agreement
Submit the sales forecast of the region on time and accurately; accurately report the inventory of dealers
Complete the market survey required by company, make "Sales Plan" of your region, including: the market survey towards target crops or candidate products, selecting target market segments, understanding farmersdemands, determining product differentiation advantages, product positioning; predicting and grasping the capacity of target market segments and own business Differentiate advantages and clarify business opportunities; assist distributors in making annual marketing activities plans.
Assist distributors to promote products, technologies and services to end users, especially field demonstrations, observation meetings and farmer training meetings, as well as on-site ordering or retail combined with the above activities.Arrange field trial of products; Know and manage the end user price of the product.
Plan and manage the channel structure of each distributor, assist distributors to establish and maintain stable cooperation with county-level retail networks, and increase the retail coverage of the company's products and the proportion of retail sales.
Strictly implement the company's various compliance requirements, effectively communicate with channel partners and other external agencies, and manage business risks and financial losses, including but not limited to payment collection, complaint management, etc.
Strictly implement expense budgets or budget adjustments, and use travel expenses and promotion expenses efficiently.

Bachelor degree or above, major in plant protection, agronomy, horticulture, biotechnology, etc.

Proficient in crop structure and related knowledge of pests and diseases

Fluent English or Chinese
More than 5 years of experience in pesticide/plant protection product sales and marketing
Able to drive, healthy, adapt to long-term business trips
