1. Direct Subordinates: Education Planners (EP)
2. Job Purpose: Support Centre Manager (CM) in managing department’s operations. Together with EP to obtain sales target
3. Responsibilities
 Be responsible for sales target assigned by CM
 Assign tasks and arrange working schedule for staff
 Monitor EP performance
 Monitor telesales performance
 Verify and finish reports as required
 Handle arising problem under authorisation
 Support CM for department workshop and training for new staff
 Handle other tasks as of EP’s

 Handling complaints skills
 University graduated
 At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in counseling, advising or customer service
2. Skills
 Good communication & persuasion skills
 Good organisation and presentation skills
 Ability to analyse, interpret or evaluate information
 Skill to handle customer complaints
 Good training & coaching skills
 Leadership & ownership
3. Language: Good in English
4. Computer: Good at computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
5. Other requirements
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
 Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
 Shift working
 Ability to work under pressure
 Experience in education and training or service organisation is preferable
 Good team building spirit
