Senior Account Manager - Gift, Posm Agency

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager with relevant experience to manage projects across POS, Print, and Premiums. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for our key clients ensuring they receive a first-class service meeting and exceed expectations. You will be well supported by the ASL team as well as be given the tools and autonomy to thrive.

About the role:

Build strong client relationships, as well as display an understanding of the client business to ensure that you can suggest the best solutions in relation to the briefs you are working on.
Provide a highly responsive client service.
Manage multiple briefs from concept to delivery.
Identify and act upon opportunities to win and develop business.
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day execution of projects.
Financial reporting, order processing, managing strict timelines.

Minimum 3 years’ experience within this industry
Experience in POS / Print / Premiums
