Reporting marketed products:

· Translate reporting form, when required by Patient Safety Lead.

· Prepare source document when received the form directly from line manager and send to Patient Safety Lead for review.

· Input data of marketed products on Jasper following timeline.

· Prepare reports and track reports submission in Excel.

· Track payment for translation vendor and renew contract following

timeline.

· Input submission data into system

· Consolidate and translate listing from sites of study (per month).

· Track of clinical trials:

- Input data into excel file and create timeline for Clinic Research Event

- Prepare data for similar in same studies and remind Clinic Research Event to submit report by timeline.

· Combine missing scan of report to remind Clinic Research Event (per 2 weeks).

· Tracking on payment for translation vendor

· Receive Medical Information request and transfer to responsible to get response.

· Proceed Medical Information request following timeline.

· Prepare and get approval for Medical Information response from Medical Information executive and send response

· Prepare Overall Independent Congress Plan by instruction of Head of Medical.

· Receive documents relating to Independent Congress and prepare necessary steps for Independent Congress

· Prepare Invitation letter

· Follow-up to get all the documents needed before Independent Congress starts (signed-off invitation letters, abroad working permission) and submit final round following timeline.

· Update result and status and create report (per quarter).
